Each creation—whether it’s a flowing kaftan, an intricately embroidered ethnic suit, or a versatile co-ord set—is a reflection of our passion for fine Indian textiles and thoughtful fashion.

As a brand committed to excellence, we maintain stringent quality control measures throughout production and dispatch. However, given the nature of our products—crafted with love, care, and often by hand—we have established a Return & Exchange Policy that protects both our quality promise and the uniqueness of every garment.

This document outlines our detailed policy so you are well-informed before making a purchase.

1. No Return & No Exchange Policy

We currently operate under a No Return, No Exchange policy for all products purchased from our official website and verified sales channels.

This policy helps maintain the exclusivity, hygiene, and integrity of each garment. Our designs are often limited-edition or made-to-order, with considerable effort going into fabric selection, handwork, stitching, and finishing.

Why we follow this policy:

  • Many garments are handcrafted or involve delicate work that cannot be identically reproduced.

  • Returned garments compromise hygiene and cannot be re-sold to our quality standards.

  • We maintain exclusivity by limiting production, minimizing wastage, and supporting sustainable fashion.

2. Order Cancellations Are Not Accepted

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or altered. Please confirm your selections—style, size, and color—before checkout.

We start processing orders immediately after confirmation to maintain efficiency and quality control.

3. Rigorous Quality Check Before Dispatch

Every product undergoes a three-layer quality check:

  1. Initial Inspection – Reviewing design accuracy, stitching, and embellishments.

  2. Midline Review – Checking measurements, colors, and finishing.

  3. Final Packaging Check – Ensuring safe and protective packaging.

We also record video footage of the packaging process for transparency.

4. Exceptions: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A product with a manufacturing defect

  • A wrong item (size/color/style)

You may be eligible for a replacement if:

  • You raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery at info@stylebycreativecorner.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9266356325.

  • You share a clear unboxing video showing the entire product, packaging, and defect.

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • The Replacement if approved , it will be delivered with in 7-10 days. 

If a replacement is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

5. Unboxing Video – Mandatory

The unboxing video must:

  • Start before opening the parcel

  • Show sealed packaging

  • Continue without cuts or edits

  • Show product labels and invoice

6. What Is Not Covered

No replacement or exchange if:

  • Product is used, washed, or altered

  • Tags or packaging are missing

  • Request is made after 24 hours of delivery

  • No unboxing video is provided

  • Minor variations in color/finish inherent to handcrafted items

7. Color, Fabric & Craft Variations

Minor irregularities in hand-dyeing, block printing, embroidery, or weaving are signs of artisanal work, not defects.
A 10–12% variation in color tone due to lighting or screen settings is considered normal.

8. Sizing Guidelines & Fit Issues

Please check our size chart before purchase. Size-related exchanges are not allowed unless the wrong size was sent.

9. International Orders

  • No returns/exchanges for international orders unless damaged or incorrect.

  • Customs duties/taxes are borne by the customer.

  • Delivery timelines vary based on destination.

10. Store Credits & Refunds

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable, in the form of store credit valid for 6 months. No cash/bank refunds.
